It's our people and our personality which we know make the difference
We have built an agency filled with smart, creative, entrepreneurial talent who make an impact
And we know now more than ever, the importance of looking after our people. We take pride in listening to our team as individuals and partnering with them to make the agency a place they are proud of and enjoy.
We have a 60/40 office based working approach. Three days in the office and two days working from home or somewhere inspiring! We also encourage our people to take two weeks to ‘work from anywhere in the world’ in addition to regular holiday allowances.
We offer all staff private medical care as well as a generous family policy care package. This is coupled with the fun stuff…we have a dedicated ‘Joyful Division’ who are tasked with bringing joy to our team throughout the year. From celebrating Eid to making sure everyone has a Easter Egg, we like spending time together and having fun.

Increased demand for workplaces to look after their staff is well documented, particularly after the events of recent years, but we don’t see it as a need we see it as a responsibility. We believe that companies should go beyond offering the traditional wellbeing perks such as healthcare for all, or on site yoga classes, and really invest in the permanent emotional development of every member of staff.
We have taken our approach to People one step further. Alongside our skills based training programme, that we call the JFDI training academy, which offers skills based practical training (writing, client management, time management etc) at a minimum of one day a month for all employees, we have taken the step of being, what we believe to be the only agency, to permanently invest beyond practical skills and into the full emotional development of every individual. We now have an executive coach on permanent staff available to all our employees. Focusing on the emotional wellbeing on every individual– placing skill such as resilience, perseverance and motivation at the forefront of our JFDI academy.
We believe that this is the future of the workplace. All employees should be offered access to personal development coaching as well as regular training.
Employee wellbeing has evolved over the past ten years from an employee desire… to a workplace need … to a company responsibility that we believe clients and stakeholders should challenge and expect all their agencies to provide.
